RCS CUSTOMER FAILURE
Good day
My husband took out arcs loan. I made full settlement payment tuesday 17th January 2023 and asked yo be called back by a consultant as we want to close this account as there is already a debit order loaded on the account although it was settled and paid in full.
I send an email wednesday no response no call backs nothing!!
I need to be contacted urgently to close this account on ***!!!
