RCS Credit - Jet Stores
Please help to close my Jet account.. RCS has taken over the credit facilities of Jet stores and now i cannot close the account because the balance on the account cannot be settled no matter how much you try and settle it.. even if you over pay, as soon as you try and close the account , then a balance pops up , from where, for what , i don't know
please help to close my jet account

I have contacted the service department more than 50 times and still my account is opened with a balance that does not seem to go away
