@RCSGroup_ Are you aware that your Customers holding your RCS BLACK CREDIT CARD are discriminated at the @Shoprite_SA PROTEA GLEN RIDGE branch? We are treated as suspects and we are told that you must be contacted before we can use your card.

I didn't know holding your card would subject me into a very suspicious person, why do you have such arrangements with THE @Shoprite_SA PROTEA GLEN RIDGE branch?

I will be closing my account with you seeing that your card at this specific store turns me into an instant ********, I bank with FNB, if I purchase with that card, they never treat me differently but as soon as I produce your card its a different story
