RCS credit card

RCS credit card tried to deduct R23000 in November 2022 and R24000 in December 2022 from my account but couldn't due to insufficient funds. I couldn't understand why since I'm on debt councilling and the High Court approved a court order for a minimum payment of R375 already in November 2021. I phoned the RCS credit card department and the call center agent stated to me its an error from their side and clients that are on debt councilling were affected by this error and that it won't happen again. To my surprise a got an sms and a phone call from Anthony Richards and Associates that i have been given over to attorneys by RCS. How is this possible if I'm on debt councilling and it was approved by the High Court a year ago. Who didn't do their work at RCS? I emailed and Whatsapped the Court Order to Anthony Richards Associates to *** and to ***. I please need feedback on this matter
