RCS Coricraft Refund Missing
I have a RCS Coricraft account. I recently made a purchase at Volpes which was returned a few days later. The refund was processed back to my RCS Coricraft account. I have the slip still with me, but this refund has not cleared back to my account. I visited the Volpes store where the refund was made and I was informed that on their end the refund settled successfully and they are unable to assist me further. I really need some assistance as I have a missing R1,800 refund that never settled to my account.
