RCS Coricraft inability to resolve ********** purchases on time

My Coricraft store card was **********ly used in Witbank to make multiple purchases on the 16th of January 2022. Upon discovering this, I informed the ***** department at RCS which informed me that they will attend to this and revert within 21 working business days. Until this day I have not heard anything relating to the outcome of the investigation. My credit score is diminishing each month because of non-payment. However, their collection department is collecting weekly threatening to impose penalties. In more than one occasion I had referred on email the collection department to their ***** department.

RCS Group when will you close out the investigation and clear out my name?
