RCS Coricraft account
Hello Peter
August 2017 i decided to get a Coricraft card, They allocated R4500 worth of credit which i used, Upon a purchase i was asked the term of payment which i chose 6 months free interest. But to my surprise month end my account was stating R4734.45 which means i had R234.45 interest to an interest free account. I want to their store on September 20 something to make a payment of R700 and we called call centre and they promised to rectify the mistake which they didn't. To my surprise the account is still sitting at R4172.90 after i payed R700.
I went back again on the 28 October after the debited my account R810.99 to find out what's going on with my account. Again we called call centre and the consultant couldn't even explain the two R50 on my statement. I then paid R2999 to settle the account but to surprise is still saying I owe R1173.90. Which means for the past 2 months i paid R4509.99 for interest free account but they saying i owe them R1173.90
