RCS COLLECTIONS BAD SERVICE

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have a Makro credit card through RCS. I paid last months payment a few days late because I battled to get the payment through on Makro's credit card app. Now RCS Collections phone me nearly everyday for the month ends payment that is "overdue" but it is only payable at the end of this month. And they agree with me. They ask if they can put a debit in for the amount for the end of the month which I did and I accepted it on my banking app. But they still phone me and say the same thing and I reply there is a debit order arranged and the amount is only due end of the month. I ask them every time to stop phoning me and not to send sms's. And every time they say yes we will. Low and behold they phoned me again today. I am tired of explaining over and over.
