RCS COllection

Per my complaint last week (1) there is still no decision on my insurance claim. (2) RCS collections department has been calling me at least 4 times a day. I asked them to give me time until the 10th March 2024. But they do not want to accept this. I have been booked off work since October 2023 and i continued to make my instalment's for Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan , but my claim was not been sorted . I have a stroke and have chronic fatigue with cognitive issues and i need to rest. But i get waken up by RCS . When i ask for their debt collectors number or surname they refuse to give this to me as i need to report this harassment to the Council for Debt Collectors. Kindly assist
