RCS CEO needs to assist

I would like CEO Regan Adams from RCS to urgently step in and assist with a ********** account which has been opened under my wife's details. She has been harassed for the past 2months requesting payments on the account or else she will be handed over. The more the RCS agents have been told that this account was not opened by my wife, the more calls she just keeps receiving. I don't appreciate the manner in which a person is treated like a ******** for not even having any dealings in a ********** event. My wife has been pushed from pillar to post, having sleepless nights ,stressing and literally at breaking point. I would like the CEO _ Regan Adams to personally attended to this matter.
