RCS Cash Loans - greedy and uncaring

RCS lie to their customers. I have it on email from RCS that they will adjust the interest rate on the loan in line with all the other financial institutions during this COVID time. This is the communication I received: (The interest will not be backdated or adjusted from as of the start of the lockdown but will be amended accordingly as of 8 June 2020 and will be communicated on your next statement.) Then they do a 360 on their decision and come up with nonsense I refer you to our previous response to you and would like to apologize for the information provided stipulating that there would be an update on your next statement regarding the interest. (It has been confirmed that any change in the repo rate does not apply to any of our loan products. The terms regarding the interest rate of your loan will remain as stated in the terms and conditions of your loan agreement.). So they are saying that they don't give a single care to the fact that the economy is shrinking and that we are all battling. As someone who has never missed a payment the least they can do over this awful time is fall in line with all other financial institutions and offer a little respite. But no its all about the money!
