RCS CARDS ********** and unauthorized Debit Order - Another Debit Order

27 Dec 2019, 09:54 ********** and unauthorized Debit order from RCS Cards. First payment I noticed was on the 25th November 2019 R 1063.80. I have reversed this debit order to my surprise on the 25th December 2019 they debited double the amount.

Please advise how do I escalate or report this company Debit order ***
