RCS CARD NOT ACCEPTED BY CASH CRUSADERS OR CASH CONVERTERS??

Good day RCS,

Please help with the following:

I was at two different Cash Crusaders and Cash Converters, and not one of these stores accepted the RCS card (even though these stores are listed on the RCS Shopping Network). Please inform me as to why? The first Cash Crusaders gave me some excuse that their FNB card machine is not registered with RCS and the rest of the store branches just stated that they do not accept the cards and they do not know why. Are there only specific branches of these stores that accept the card (I was at Brakpan and at Mall at Carnival's branches)? If so, please provide me with the location of the Cash Crusaders an Cash Converters that do accept the card?
