RCS card has their own rules in SA

I lost my ID and driver's license and also RCS card on Friday.I block my rcs card.Went make Temporary ID and affidavit so that I can do my bank cards and also the RSC card and was told at RCS and also game store that they don't recognize Temporary ID which is issued at South African home affairs as RCS only the ID.I was stunned cause they are in South Africa and it's a government legitimate document Temporary ID not to be recognized by SOUTH Africa company.I was stunned and hurt by such.We still have a long way in this country that every company is got its own rules not following or abiding by government regulations. I will notbwanr any of my relatives experience such.Also their consultants at RCS are rude answers your call and chat on the side with others while you wating and they don't have a correct manner to address and listen to what one has to explain. The trauma of dealing with those people.
