RCS card account not closed

Good day,<br> <br> I have requested on numerous times for my account to be closed but have failed, its been two months now. I have paid the settlement amount, money was debited off my account, I complained about getting a refund with help of hello Petter, I managed to get a refund BUT my account is still active! I want this account closed so I can destroy the RCS Card....I WANT IT CLOSED! Please, is that too much to ask from these people
