RCS Cape Union Mart account impossible to close - Never open an account!

I have been trying to close my RCS Cape Union Mart account for over a year. I went to the Cape Union Mart in Potchefstroom today where the manager tried to assist me to spend the balance on my account again just like in December and in January. Unfortunately, the cents cant be spent and therefore I can't get my balance to zero to close the account as instructed by RCS. I want to close the account as ********** activity happened twice on it. But it is absolutely impossible to close the account. You have to jump through ridiculous hoops! I have a positive balance of R 58.89, now I have to spend the exact amount at Cape Union Mart. But Cape Union Mart states that the cents cant be spent. So how on earth do own close the account?
