Rcs cant help to close there own acount

closing my account. On sunday 26 july i went to nwj nortgate to close my account. They promised the would close it on monday. Yuesday i went to nwj woodmead. They told me they needed my id and they would drop it of at nwj northgate. I went again yo co virm my card was closed on wednesday. Friday i went again. Still my account was open. I phone nwj they tell me its rcs card deviaion problim. Rcs card say its nwj problim. Its saturday and still my card is not closed. I am tyerd of phoning and going into every stor to sort this out. On friday 4:30 pmi was invormed that i need to phone card devision urgently as there was a problem. I phone and they close at 4! I have contacted a lawer regarding this problem. And i will be leaving a revue on hallo peter. If ***** is commited on my name this will be posted on every news paper i can find. I am tyerd of people telling me its not there problem or there department. Sort it ou!!! I sould not be running around checking to see that another company is doing there work! RCS tells me its not there problem! NWJ tells me i need to phone RCS. This is insane!
