RCS can't accept EFT's
I rarely use my CapeUnion RCS card, but when I do, I'd like to pay my accounts via electronic options so I don't have to go into a store to go and pay an account.
I recently tried this again with my CapeUnion Card, but after having contacted RCS, then Standard Bank, then RCS via email, then RCS via Phone, then RCS via Phone again to let them know I'm a Standard Bank client, but still I can't even add RCS whom is also with Standard bank as a beneficiary, or make a once off payment to RCS.

The reference required for the EFT is not accepted by Standard Bank, but as I contacted them, they informed me that the format of the reference is something RCS chose. Which still doesn't work!! After having emailed RCS, and called three times to get assistance on this, I have yet to receive help from them.

When I spoke to the Cape Union Mart cashier, she informed me that there are countless people that have complained similarly about RCS. It's sad that a place like Cape Union Mart will receive a bad review because of RCS's lack of service.
