RCS call centre useless

Since RCS took over Edcon's finance etc, the customer service went to hell. Been kept on hold for 20min now just to enquire outstanding balance on my account

When the call was finally answered, the lady pretends to not hear the caller. Check your recordings, you'll hear the gentleman from Edgars repeatedly responding, and then we went back to another 20 minutes on hold
