RCS call centre

Last October i had A heart Attack and Stroke , in November i submitted my claim to rcs insurance . I had to fill in a different form which i sent on the 19 Feb 23. I paid my installment untill January. Now i keep getting calls even though I explained i am waiting for rcs insurance to get back to me . The calls come at least 3 x a day 1 at 7am then at 10am then at 5:45pm. I am ill i have forwarded proof that i am ill . Kindly communicate with rcs insurance. Even after informing the last caller that i am ill she said she is sill going to call
