RCS Call Center

I am not sure if the RCS call center serves any purpose. I have called numerous times today and I have still not been assisted. Lisa is the pits, yes my network may have been the issue but to put down the phone on me is quite frankly uncalled for. They do not respond to emails and I am trying to understand how one then communicates with them. This is the very reason why I prefer an institution that has an app where you can do everything and not have to have human contact. People must learn to leave their unpalatable bedside manners at home.
