RCS By far the worst credit provider I’ve ever dealt with

To get me so angry as to share my experience publicly very unheard of, but after today I’m going to as the unprofessionalism and pure lack of knowledge I’ve experienced this last week with issues is really not worth the struggle or hours of time wasted on the phone, hours standing in a busy store to Monday after 3rd call to them finally getting a active card which worked ONCE and today gave me the embarrassment when declining with a code 05: Do not Honor. RCS I honestly regret the 15mins I gave up in store to Apply for your PNP Store Credit. Its been a total nightmare since day one I’ve wasted over 3 hours of minutes calling and to put a code 05 block on a card without any reasoning, not a mail or call shows total disrespect towards your clientele.
