RCS BUSBY/VIP still charging after settlement was done and no monthly statements
Settled my account in February 2021 and got an sms from the lawyers that i was owing in August, never even received monthly statements from RCS BUSBY from February and when i contact them i was sent from pillar to post and still to this date i havent received any comms regarding this error if it was fixed or not.
