RCS BUILDERS EM_PAYMENTS USELESS AT ASSISTING PAYMENT QUERIES

RCS BUILDERS. What a useless company to follow up with, not even sure if anybody exsist there. We make payments into the same account each month. This month they cant pick up any payment and handed it to the collectiins department.

After weeks of following up and sending the proof of payment... This has still not been sorted.

Perhaps the finance/service department should get some trainning on telephone and service skills from the collections department... They dont have issues phoning the people every day....

What must ine do to get the problem solved????
