RCS beneficiary payment method

Good day

My name is khatija vahed, I’ve tried to make a payment via my FNB account via EFT. I tried to add RCS as a recipient with the account number that reflects on my statement, it did not allow me to make a payment and instead prompted me to add RCS as a recipient from the public beneficiary list. I added RCS from the public beneficiaries list and made the below payment however the account number does not seem to match the account number provided on my statement. Please urgently assist with this as I am a now concerned as to where the funds have gone to.
