Rcs
I took a loan with Rcs and I settled the loan before the time. This happened in March 2023. When I got a statement this month I saw my account was in credit. I was never informed about it. So I sent them a mail and they said they need a copy of my ID and a proof of account. It was sent to them and today I get another mail they need a proof of payment. What run around is this to get my money back
