RCS - BAD SERVICE PROVIDERS!!!!!

Well my dad's RCS galaxy card was blocked unknowingly. he called the customer care center, who then informs him he should go to a Game shop and they will fill in a form and send it to them and they will follow up. he should then call them in a few weeks to find out how far the process is. 1. Who gives them the right to block the card, 2. Why does it become the cardholder's responsibility to now travel from shop to shop, make calls after them, spending money which is unnecessary? 3. My father is an elderly man who suffers because his eye sight is weak, 4. I emailed them and they take literally a week to reply if ever read the mails... Just feel its a complete waste of money, my dad has been a loyal Galaxy supporter for as long as I can remember, he bought my first ring with them, I have to say since RCS has taken over the service has spiraled down the drain, RCS should close down!!!
