RCS - bad administration

We keep receiving calls from RCS saying that we owe them R26. We do not have an RCS account which I have explained to the staff. Apparently they have our number but the name linked to this number and bad account is not us! I have asked them to please investigate and check because I have had this number for a long time. They promised to take my number off the system. That was over a week ago. I am still receiving up to 5+ calls a day for R26. We have since spoken to 2 more staff who also promised to make sure nobody else calls us! We are however ignoring the calls obviously but are receiving plenty voicemails. Surely by now if you take 5 calls a day for the last week or so they have spent more that R26!!!!!!!! Who wants an RCS account??? Imagine you can give them a wrong number and run away with all the money you just used!!!!!!
