Now they are still writing me letter that my account is in arrears while I am still waiting for them to investigate the money that I paid to them on the 19th October 2024 that they are saying it's not appearing on them I'm so disappointed shame in Rcs them because I always make that a pay my debts avoiding to mess my credit score and also what is surprising me is that was not the first time paying them with my app but the saw the other amount what is worse I even go to my bank for assistance but still they busy writing me letters that I'm in arrears
