RCS associating with **** attorneys
I was offered a settlement on my Pick n Pay store card to be paid by 15 December 2019. I effected payment on 14 December via eft. MBD kept harassing me with their rude consultants and made sure to give me every excuse as to why they were still harassing me...including that they only received the payment on 17 December which to them makes the settlement null and void. They requested that I send the POP in order to check the payment date which I did. The kept harassing me and eventually promised to send me a settlement letter which I have yet to receive. Now it seems I've been handed over to other attorneys called VVM Lawyers.

Please note that I received a blank settlement letter from Ntombi. I wrote back requesting for her to resend a proper settlement letter. None was received. I have once again received a letter of demand from a very shady company called Vericred. I called them and they hardly take calls. When I eventually got through they requested for a reference number which I gave and they cut the call. I tried to call back and they didn't answer. I called RCS to indicate that the settlement they sent was blank and they referred me back to Vericred. I'm so sick of this. I eventually received a settlement letter from Mr Malatji of MBD attorneys subsequent to my Hello Peter complaint. COULD RCS KINDLY REFRAIN FROM SHARING MY DETAILS WITH UNPROFESSIONAL PESTS. I HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH RCS....NOT VERICRED!!! AND I SETTLED MY ACCOUNT!!! RCS PLEASE CONTACT WHICHEVER AGENT YOU SHARED MY DETAILS WITH SO THEY CAN STOP BUGGING ME!!! AND PLEASE....SEND ME A REAL SETTLEMENT LETTER INSTEAD OF A PHONY ONE.
