RCS ASSHOLES- USELESS ******
This is a **** company, I took a loan for R65 000 on 2 October 2019 , paid it back on 09 October 2019. They are failing to close the loan account, I have called them a million times and each time I am told that it has been escalated to a useless supervisor. I pulled out my credit report today and now it shows the R65 000 LOAN and another R20000 LOAN that I do not know of. I need help to report this to the financial ombudsman or else I will need legal aid. Why is it difficult to close the loan, where is the additional loan coming from- you messing my credit score you assholes.

20 Nov 2019, 08:14You guys are useless idiots messing our lives. All you know is escalation with no resolution. I’m stuck with a paid loan not cleared, and a new one wrongly added to my profile. You messing my credit score- I need to get a loan from another genuine institution. You send funds and could not provide a loan agreement. U sent a nonsensical one page pre agreement quote without even the interest rate- that’s y I sent back your money. Now get your lazy managers to sort this out before I sue you.
