Rcs as confused as a tumbledryer
My late father had an Rcs card. At the time of his passing he was 73 years old. I followed the steps and informed you of his passing. The person I spoke to ( You over and over tells us phone calls are recorded) said to me no problem the outstanding amount will be settled and moreover that there is additional amount that will be paid out to my Mother. I still said I was surprised about this and the consultant told me because my late father was a good client.
Now 2 moths later I finally get something back from you in writing , only to inform me your insurance company Guardrisk says they will not pay anything. Because and I quote The account holder was not an active RSC member.
I phoned Gaurdrisk and Rcs and no person can tell me what this means.
According to your own website you say and again I quote FOR YOUR PROTECTION , YOUR CARD INCLUDES CUSTOMER PROTECTION INSURANCE.
Can you please get your act together and sort this out. Or are you in the business of giving elderly persons "credit" with no protection.
