RCS are USELESS!!!!!!!!
-5 Stars for RCS , your service delivery and way of handling complaints and queries are pathetic to say the least . I am going to post a 0 start rating everyday until my complaint gets resolved. Edgar's added a funeral plan (**********ly) and cannot provide any proof that it was actually settled. You are losing customers on a daily basis , sort your call center you bunch of useless humans!!
