RCS are ******* and refuse to close our account.

I am writing another review as I don't believe that RCS are taking the matter seriously. We get an automated response to our reviews but absolutely NO follow up or help to correct the matter. No one will talk to us and debt collectors are harassing us. RCS need to close our account and stop charging us fees on an account which had a ZERO balance. The account should have been closed as requested but instead RCS charged us interest on a zero balance account. They are ******* and are too quick to hand us over to a debt collector without following up on our communication.
