RCS are rogues

I paid up my RCS Money Credit card on the 31 January 2023. The Debt review company let RCS know that the account has been paid up. Still I received numerous calls from attorneys harassing me for money for this account. On the 28th of March I emailed the paid up letter to the RCS. I received confirmation that the designated department would update my account. Two weeks later, then 3 weeks later attorneys were still calling me and harassing me to pay up my account. I then got my consultant at DC Experts to email the paid up letter to RCS, which she did and she cc'd me. It is now more than a month later. Nothing has been done to take my name off the credit bureau and I am still being harassed by attorneys who insist that I pay an account that has been paid up over 4 months ago! This is negatively affecting my credit score!! When is this company going to do what they have to do. I have done what they needed me to do, so surely now it is their duty to do the right thing and clear my name.
