RCS are reckless lenders

Someone **********ly opened an RCS account in my name somewhere in KZN. I logged a dispute with RCS and they told me the person(s) used a payslip of mine from 7 months ago, which I consider reckless in the first place. I realised once I started having money being debited off my account. I provided RCS with all the details they requested for investigation and they said they’d give me feedback in a few days. It’s been a month and the debit order has now doubled. Why am I suffering for something I don’t even have? Terrible ********** and terrible credit provider.
