RCS are making clients name bad on credit reports

I have paid out my galaxy account (part of RCS) months ago but there is a default on my credit report by them after numerous emails and proof of paid up letter they dont take of the default from my credit report. Me and my fiance is trying to buy a house but this is keeping us back. This is really unfair!!! Dont do business with them ever!!
