RCS are incompetant and infringe on consumer rights

*********! Rude and arrogant!!! Do not do business with this circus.

Trying to close an account is near impossible, add to that the fact that the call centre agents are able to do nothing to resolve my request but to get rude and ****y and hang the phone down in my ear.

I attempted to call and close my account again, was "assisted" by a friendlier but still *********** agent who could do nothing again.

I requested a copy of my first call and was denied this.

Again be careful of dealing with this company, their systems are outdated, there are no contact channels and the one number that you can call for assistance may as well not be in service as all
