It took 40 min for them to answer . When eventually someone answered she refused to tell me her name and it turns out she was Boitumelo . I then spoke to the immediate team leader at the time by the name of Ashraf , who also excells in incompetency, he assured me the money wasn’t Tampered with however I later discovered that more than 14k was taken from my account on a cash advance something I had never heard of before .

Clearly RCS isn’t reads to be a financial service provider If they don’t have any real time ***** prevention measures. And how does one login into my profile without an OTP or anything to authenticate the owner? How can it be such a tedious process to report security breach ? I am Therefore appealing to you who reads this that don’t join RCS and if you have try and close it so that you don’t become a victim of any *****.
