RCS and VVM Attorneys are not compassionate and have no empathy for disabled persons.

I am assisting someone and paying a small amount toVVM Attorneys obo RCS.

This account holder is disabled and can no longer work. He is only receivimg disability grant from Govt and this is hardly enoigh to live on These people at VVM keep phoning and hound him to pay despite having made a payment arrangement. Now VVM is saying that they want him to pay more.

The big question here is why the credit protection plan has not settled this account or why is this account not written off since I am aware of accounts with bigger balances paid off more recently. And those people are working.

Please can RCS investigate why this account has not been covered by the CPP or why rule account has not been written off as the person is unemployed. And also why they appoint such people that have no empathy or compassion even after having said to the Rep how a person that is receiving a disability grant now supposed to pay more when he can hardly make it through each month. Absolutely disgusting
