RCS AND PNP SUCK!!!!!!!BUNCH OF *****

I want to pick n pay and used my smart shopper account. It was declined 6 times and had ro try another machine which only use a chipped card. Pnp cards do not have chips embedded in their card. At the end i had to use my RCS card. I spoke to Andries at RCS and he informed me that the money used on RCS could be transfered to pnp because apparatuur pnp system is down. He told me to phone bank this morning as rhe amount did not reflect on RCS APP yet. Guess what he is absent roday. I spoke to maleko at RCS and she informed me they could not transfer the funds to PNP. So who is lyding. Andries told me yes and she SAID no. Rcs is a real bad company to deal with and Pnp is forever offline without any notification. I need an answer and a good one.
