RCS and Pick N Pay account card
After setting up an beneficiary on my bank account and with the info provided from Pick n Pay and RCS 3 and a half months ago to make payment methods more simple and convenient as possible for both parties, all that has happened is complete nonsense from RCS side regarding payments. Twice now I have had to pay for groceries and been declined after spending 2 and a half hours shopping with 2 toddlers and feeling embarrassed. the last transaction of payment RCS could not find, seriously you are a beneficiary only the payment amount changes, secondly i sent proof to *** that they could not pick up even when one lady said the payment reflects but still had the issue were I was blocked. Spent this morning phoning and having to speak to 4 people and whats app the proof of payment. I now my wife for paying the amount at PnP which I am sure she will not bee seen in a long time because we are sitting already when payment was made on the 1st September and they only pick it up now being the 23rd September. I have also checked my credit record and I have become a bad payer, plus I have been charged interest on these so called late payments. what are you as PnP and RCS going to do about this.
