RCS and Game are a disgrace

Game and RCS are an absolute disgrace. Honestly I have never had a worse experience dealing with rude, disrespectful and the most unhelpful customer service in my life. On closing and settling my Game account in February, I received two months admin fee now, end of April. When investigating the charge with RCS, I was told that it was due to R40 not having been settled on my account. I then dug deeper as I settled my account. RCS then retracted this statement and said no my account was never closed and the fee, which is now nearly R200 is a service fee. No matter who I speak to, who I complain to. I get a different answer each and every time. My suggestion is never buy on account from any game, and never ever deal with RCS. They are a joke, untrained, unprofessional and extremely difficult to deal with.
