RCS and Game

<p>I wanted to close my account at Game and in error paid too much onto the account.</p> <p>Requested a letter for the payment - Received a letter indicating I had a NIL balance when in fact I had a credit of R253.00. WHY the deception?</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted the customer service department demanding my money - To date have not received a cent. - But I have received statements showing that RCS keep taking money off my credit for themselves each month.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like my credit paid into my bank account. The full R253.00 now for all the time spent and the frustration trying to deal with the customer service and being told – that I will be charged interest each month on my credit. </p> <p>It is so frustrating trying to speak to the call centre and I am getting no where.</p>
