RCS and EDCON’s low level of intelligence and complete lack of service!

Edcon and RCS Dumb and Dumber no Service games!!! Edcon was taken over by RCS. It would appear from one useless company to another. My account was paid up and I was told to return the following day as I indicated that I want to close the account.

I returned to Mall of the South and they called and transferred me to someone at head office. I was under the impression that the account was closed.

Not only did I receive a letter from collections for R60.00 today but I have two duplicate records on the ITC database. One shows a huge outstanding amount.

I spoke to a very rude, arrogant and *********** Jonecia today. Please close your lousy account and close all RCS accounts reflecting on your system!!!
