RCS and Coricraft Messing Up my Credit Profile

I took credit with Coricraft via RCS in 2015 and purchased furniture on the account. on the 06th of April 2016 I settled the account as per the settlement letter they had provided. I have recently, 31 Jan 2019 learned the account is still active on my credit record with a R236 balance and a R55 instalment.

This is annoying as my credit record has been affected by RCS and Coricraft's inability to do the right thing and close a paid up account.
