RCS and cancelling my Edgars Account

There is no way on earth to cancel your account. I have tried since January to call and cancel and I get cut off (if by some miracle I get through), no calls are recorded, I am still getting told I need to pay the monthly interest that is incurring when the 2 people who have actually answered the phone said they have sent my request through. RCS is an absolute joke.
