RCS and Blue label

Together with RCS and Blue label , their customer service is bad to say the least. 8 Days ago RCS, promised to have my credit reverse or give my data. What do you know, Nothing has happened. When I called in originally I spoke to 6 people and not one of them at RCS and Blue label could assist. They kept blaming each other. Now I know where I stand.
