RCS and BLUE Deals FRUAD

I'm here again to complain about RCS the agent or part o the RSC group blue deals who deduct an amount of R300 from my installments for a voucher I never consented to , I maintain the call was not in good faith as the agent masked what she was offering, I've asked them to make the recording of the agent available so they can hear how the call was disguised even at hello, they know no sane person will agree to those vouchers .I've been in contact with them since 22 September after realising they are deducting since JULY . They said they will cancel and not refund since I agreed to to them deducting , make the recording available!!! and if you said its cancelled why still deduct, this is a gross violation of credit terms. this is ***** the whole RCS blue deals id ***** nothing will benefit a consumer from this , you are using tactics to increase your profits . UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!
