RCS Agent Appreciation

RCS your lucky to have a agent like Sithembile Matukane who is working at Game Store I'Langa Mall, she made my day she went out of her way to assist me with My Finance Card application. I app**** for it on the 20th of October 2021, I was told it will take no longer than 48 hours and when I called the RCS customer care line to check how far is my application they told me they haven't received my application yet. Then I called the store and found that this amazing lady was the one who was on duty, she called and found out that the system was offline on the 21st of October 2021 then she resent the application and updated me every 30 minutes. She even got someone to urgently assist with my application, than person who assisted was supposed to have knock off at 17:00 but at 17:20 that person was still at work trying to sort out the application all thanks to Sithembile Matukane. RCS I would really appreciate it if the application process for Game Store My Finance card would be as fast as My Store Card and Personal Loan but all in all your lucky to have someone like her
